notice.
SOSYAL. handles private inquiries with care. This notice explains what the website collects, where the information goes, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Last updated 8 September 2026Who is responsible
SOSYAL. is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to contact@sosyalglobal.com.
Information we receive
When you make an inquiry, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, company or brand, service interest, preferred contact method, desired start date, and the details included in your message. Only the contact detail needed for your selected contact method is required.
Our hosting provider processes standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. For abuse prevention, the consultation form converts the connecting IP address into a keyed hash used for temporary rate limiting. The form does not store the raw IP address in the inquiry record.
SOSYAL. does not currently use advertising cookies, behavioral advertising, session recording, or automated profiling on this website.
How the consultation form works
Submitting the consultation form sends the information to SOSYAL.’s website database. The website validates the request, limits repeated submissions, prevents duplicate records, and returns a reference only after the database accepts the inquiry.
The reference confirms website acceptance, not final delivery to an email inbox and not acceptance of an engagement. If submission fails, the information remains in the form on your device so you can try again or use direct email or WhatsApp.
Why we use your information
We use inquiry information to review and respond to requests, determine whether and how we may assist, arrange consultations, provide requested services, maintain appropriate business records, protect our communications, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Who may receive it
Inquiry information is processed by the provider that hosts the SOSYAL. website and database. Information sent through email or WhatsApp is also processed by the providers involved in those channels. Advisers or service partners may receive information only when reasonably necessary for an engagement and appropriate to the information involved.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights. SOSYAL. does not sell personal information.
International processing
Because SOSYAL. serves international clients and uses global technology providers, information may be processed in countries outside the Philippines. We take reasonable steps to use providers and arrangements appropriate to the information involved.
How long we keep it
If an inquiry does not lead to an engagement, we generally retain the correspondence for no longer than 12 months. Information connected with an active or completed engagement may be kept longer when reasonably needed for the relationship, accounting, dispute resolution, security, or legal requirements. Information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed.
Security
The consultation form uses server validation, controls for repeat submissions, rate limiting, restricted database access, and minimal application logging. These measures reduce risk but do not make any website or communication channel completely secure.
Please do not include passport numbers, payment card information, medical information, passwords, or other highly sensitive data in an initial inquiry.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we hold personal information about you, request access or correction, object to certain uses, withdraw consent, or request deletion or blocking. Where applicable, you may also request data portability or lodge a complaint with the Philippine National Privacy Commission.
To exercise a privacy right, email contact@sosyalglobal.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Updates
We may update this notice as our services and data practices develop. The effective date above will change when a material revision is published.
